Nexa Events Vendor Approval Process
- STAGE 1
Vendor Application: Prospective vendors interested in working with Nexa Events must complete an online vendor application form, providing information about their business, services, experience, and references.
- STAGE 2
Preliminary Screening: Nexa Events’ vendor management team reviews the vendor’s application to assess the vendor’s qualifications, experience, and reputation. The team may conduct initial research, such as checking the vendor’s website and social media profiles, to get a sense of the vendor’s professionalism and quality of work.
- STAGE 3
Compliance Check: Nexa Events requires all vendors to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety, environmental, and labor laws. The vendor management team verifies that the vendor meets all compliance requirements and that there are no outstanding legal issues or violations.
- STAGE 4
Reference Check: Nexa Events requires vendors to provide references from previous clients, which the vendor management team checks to verify the quality of the vendor's work and professionalism.
- STAGE 5
Vendor Interview: Once a vendor passes the preliminary screening, compliance check, and reference check, Nexa Events schedules an interview with the vendor. During the interview, the vendor management team asks the vendor questions about their business, services, experience, and approach to event planning and production.

Test Run Event: After completing the vendor application, screening, compliance check, reference check, and interview process, Nexa Events may invite the vendor to participate in a small event as a test run. The vendor will be expected to work closely with Nexa Events’ team to ensure that the event meets Nexa Events’ high standards of quality, professionalism, and compliance.

Vendor Approval: After completing the test run, Nexa Events approves vendors that meet its high standards of quality, professionalism, and compliance. Approved vendors are added to Nexa Events’ vendor database and may be considered for future events.
